Tausend Kleinigkeiten korrigiert. Neu ist der Anfängermodus, der höhere Preis ansetzt und "jsut_in_time" abschaltet.
Mit der Version habe ich stundenlang Timothys Karte aus dem Englischen Forum gespielt (und bin erst in 1937 ... ) und hatte nur einen einzigen, nicht reproduzierbaren Absturz. Veilleicht ist das wieder eine stabile Version.
Mehr Name in Städten und anderes Schema für numerierte Halte auf dem Land.

FIX: beginner mode restored after reloading
FIX: selection for scrolled list (like in the line dialog) fixed
FIX: some corrections for SimuTTD and half tile height in minimap and other places
