Wer es unbedingt starten will, kann aus dem 64er die Datei "menu.Main.pak" und "symbol.MonorailStop.pak" in das pak128/ kopieren.

CHANGE: all depot buildings routines unified => only one error messages: "Cannot built depot here!"
CHANGE: cursor normal after building depot

ADD: covertiles over vertial trogs
FIX: no vehicle beaming any more (was waiting in sync_step instead step!)
